I am glad they were helpful. It's interesting, this is the one I keep coming back to as the one that spoke to me the most. The question that I keep asking is - what is this person going through right now that would prevent them from engaging in ministry or helping to move the vision forward. This is what I am learning - I need people and I need to understand people in order to advance God's vision. We might not have a people problem, but a situation problem.
